Welcome to Beginner’s Yoga with Christina! Today we will focus on stretching properly, slowly and gently to get into the deep tendons and connective tissues that can become tight and contracted without proper care. When this happens, our muscles actually shorten, so it is important to continue to stretch and lengthen them regularly so they can continue to support YOU.
